Try the Acne Elimination Diet

One cause of adult acne is hormonal imbalance – mainly high levels of cortisol.



To counteract this increase, try the following acne elimination diet.
  • Step 1: no gluten, sugar, dairy, alcohol, nuts or caffeine for three weeks.
  • Step 2: slowly re-introduce each one back for three days, and see what happens to your skin.

When the skin reacts, you will have identified the dietary culprit.

You then need to exclude that food from your diet.
